One word: obsessed. I LOVED this 7-day cleanser. It cerrrrtainly cleansed my colon…if you know what I’m sayin’. I really felt like it did an excellent job of cleaning everything out without being TOO strong. This is also safe to take on an empty stomach and can be taken any time of day. I do feel like it helped reset everything, especially since I’ve recently changed my diet, this was a great way to jump start everything with a clean state. Would I use it again? Absolutely.

How often should I use the BIOHM Health Colon Cleanse?
We recommend doing the Colon Cleanse once a month, but not more frequently. There should be at least a month of time between cleanses.
Should I be taking the colon cleanser, prebiotic and probiotic together?
Typically, we suggest first taking the colon cleanser for a few days and then to start the prebiotic and probiotic a few days later. You can take the prebiotic and probiotic together, and with or without food. And the time of day that you take them is a personal preference!
