In landfills, food is the second largest source of methane, which accelerates climate change. After watching a friend juice a carrot, but have no use for the carrot pulp, Pulp Pantry founder Kaitlin Mogentale set out to create a solution, one that would ensure good food is put to good use: nourishing humanity.
